Room to rent in Gay household, tenant must be dog friendly. I currently reside in the property whilst my partner is renovating a property in Norfolk, so isn't in London much.
The property is close to Shad Thames, 5 mins walk to Bermondsey Street with its Bars, Restaurants, shops and The White Cube. We are also 2 mins from the latest food market on Ropewalk. Transport links are good with London Bridge Station 10 mins away and Bermondsey station 5-10 mins depending on how fast you walk.
The room has recently been refurbished and there is a TV in the room. The standard of decoration/ furnishings is good throughout the property and I would like them to stay that way. Not to say that I don't like a good drink now and again but our wild party days are behind us so would ask you to respect that.
I don't always get good reception at work so if you can't reach me I'll return your call/ email asap.
