We are a lovely family of 4 and we have a spare room in our flat. We are mum and dad with two gorgeous lovely and well behaved twins aged 6 years, a boy and a girl.

We are not heavy drinkers and are quite clean and respect people’s privacy. We are non smoking and want a non-smoker.

Great Location near major transport and the city and Canary Wharf are easily accessible.

Post code is SE16 4EH. It’s 1 min walk from a main Bus Stop, about 7 mins walk to Bermondsey Tube Station (Jubilee Line). 16 mins walk from London Bridge. 8 Mins walk to the lovely Tower Bridge and the riverside with lovely restaurants etc.

We are 1 min walk from a good sized Tesco Metro which is ideal for any student's grocery needs.

Rent: £145 per week, all bills included. We also have a cleaner once per week and is also included in the £145.

Our lovely and beautiful kids will make you smile daily and we want someone who is comfortable being around them and enjoys their company.

We have an upstairs (where our bedroom and kids room is) with the spare room downstairs. There are 2 bathrooms, so you have a separate shared bathroom (toilet and basin only, but it’s a good size).

Shared shower/bath in upstairs bathroom.

The spare room is a single room. It has a single wardrobe and some small storage and a small table.

The whole building is new, built around 5 years ago.
