Double room in a friendly flatshare in Bermondsey

We have one spacious double room to rent in a lovely two-bedroom flat in Bermondsey.

About the flat:
The flat has a large shared living room with lots of natural light, a balcony overlooking the green in front of the building, a very cosy kitchen with all the necessities and a shared bathroom.

The room itself has a double bed, a sizeable wardrobe and quite a bit of storage space, chest of drawers and a nightstand. It overlooks the park and is flooded with light in the morning.
The bed has been changed less than 5 months ago.

The area is great - there is a large park right outside the house, a brand new Sainsbury's local about 5 min walk, a Tesco Metro about 10 min walk and Tesco Extra about 15 min walk. It is very well connected, with the Bermondsey underground station 7 min away from the house and a bus stop with good connections (including a nightbus) 5 min away.

Heating and hot water are included in the rent and the rest we pay on monthly basis. Another perk is a really great landlords that are always happy to fix whatever needs fixing!

About me:

I'm an outgoing and friendly Italian girl. I'm last year Public Relations student at London College of Communication and working as a Marketing Assistant for an hospitality company! I like spending my free time hanging around London with friends but I don't mind spending time at home watching movies or having a chat in front of some nice food (I love cooking for my friends, as every stereotypical Italian does)!

About you:

It would be ideal to live with another student or a young worker to share this lovely apartment. It would be great to have someone who shares my same interests but as long as you are friendly, easy-going and clean I'm sure we are gonna get along well! :)
