We are 2 young professionals looking for a new flatmate. Our current flatmate is unfortunately moving out to live with his girlfriend.
We will share a very clean and cozy 2 bed flat with a very strong "home feel", located in a very quiet residential area.
The flat has a bright and spacious living room, very clean kitchen and toilet.
The room is a single bedroom with an inbuilt spacious wardrobe, very cozy.
We are looking for a like-minded flatmate who would appreciate the cleanliness and tranquility of the house. We are working long hours, therefore we strongly believe in respecting each others resting time.
The flat is 5 min (literally) walk from South Bermondsey station (just 1 stop and in 4 min you are in London Bridge) and 15 min from Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee line).
Very close located to nearby supermarkets: Asda 6 min walk, Large Tesco and Surrey Quays Shopping Centre (15 min walk), Tesco express and Co-op 6 min walk.
Plenty of parking space available, too.
You will be subject to reference check from the letting agency and they will request a fee. Also a £600 deposit fee will be required. Room available from 29 October, 1 year contract.
