The flat is in a great location, situated close by to popular Bermondsey Street and its many restaurants and bars, just a 10 minute stroll from the Thames and within easy reach of shops and other local amenities. Bermondsey tube station (jubilee line) is an 8 minute walk and London Bridge tube (jubilee & northern) is a 15 minute walk. Both the No 1 bus (with direct access into the West End) and the no. 78 bus stops right by the apartment block.
The monthly rent is £750 and a deposit equal to that amount will be required on commencement of the tenancy. Strictly no smoking. Room is available from Monday 1st June
