Description

The flat’s location is SE1 3ED, which is a 10 min walk from Tower Bridge, London Bridge and the Shard. The area is quite central and a few minutes from Bermondsey Street.
It is a duplex flat on the ground floor of a block of apartments, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and utility cupboard (washing machine and tumble drier) on the first floor. The ground floor has a third bedroom and a lounge/kitchen (fully equipped).
There is currently one tenant, Tom, who has been there a year. A second tenant is moving-in in late November and he is an old university friend of Tom’s. Both work full time and are around 24. They occupy the two upstairs bedrooms.

The rent per calendar month is £650, bills per month £50 (this includes Gas, Electricity, water, 30 megabit broadband). You would also be liable to pay council tax of £30 per month.
I would require a deposit of £900 and references.

At the moment I can only guarantee the room until March / April 2015, but this maybe extended.
