Double room available in south London warehouse

We’re looking for a new housemate to move in to our place in mid September

You’ll be sharing with one girl and two guys - a freelance events producer, music promoter, and art handler aged between 25 and 32. We’re a pretty creative household and the space is often used for projects and the occasional party.

We have a large, open plan living space, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bedroom on offer is a good size, has a built in mezzanine, and plenty of room for storage. Please note: the bedroom does not have a window and the space doesn’t have central heating, although we all manage perfectly fine with electric heaters during the winter!

We’re a five minute walk from South Bermondsey station, 15 minutes from Bermondsey tube, and well connected by buses via the Old Kent Road.

Rent is £470 pcm including bills.
