Spacious and recently refurbished furnished double bedroom in a 1930’s purpose built three bedroom flat. The room includes a new king sized bed, furniture and carpets. There is a lot of storage space (large wardrobe, large chest of drawers, large shelving unit, two bedside tables with drawers and storage space under the bed). We can also provide bedding if required.

There are two recently refurbished modern bathrooms so there is never a problem accessing a bathroom in the morning. One has a shower cubicle, and the other has a shower over a bath.

There is a nicely decorated living room with a large TV, corner sofa and a dining table.

The kitchen includes a large fridge, large freezer, large washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 5 ring hob, toaster, convection microwave, food processor and juicer.

Located 5-10 minutes from Bermondsey station (Jubilee line), and 10-15 minutes from London Bridge station (Jubilee and Northern Line). It is a lovely walk along the river past Shad Thames and Tower Bridge to London Bridge.

There is a Tesco and Co-op within 5 minutes walk. Maltby Street market is also within 5 minutes walk.

On-street resident parking permits are available from the council at very reasonable rates.

Rent includes all bills and council tax. Also includes use of Sky+ (with Sky Sports and Movies) and broadband.

A cleaner comes for four hours every two weeks and that is included in the cost.

I am a city professional and I share the flat with my boyfriend. We are a laid back and friendly couple, and never argue (*touch wood). My Dad (who is also laid back) commutes from Durham for work so he stays with us Sunday-Wednesday evenings, so we have a spare bedroom for guests to stay at the weekends.

We are planning on going travelling in September/October when we will rent out the flat as a whole so it will unfortunately only be available until then.
