Two double rooms to let females preffered

I got two double room in a 3bed flat located in Bermondsey se1 close to elephant and castle and borough station. Very good connection to central London and very close romain stores tesco asda lidl. In every room there is double bed fridge sofa u only share kitchen and bathroom with other tenants. I am looking for clean and tidy people only and females preffered as they tend to stay cleaner.
