I have 2 rooms available in a house-share in South Bermondsey. AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY! Great transport links: 12 minutes to London Bridge, 15 minutes to Canada Water and close to loads of buses that go pretty much anywhere.

I'm 34, professional, into sport and pretty laid back. As is my girlfriend Katie who lives here too. We like to keep the house friendly and a nice place to spend time - not a party house anymore!

I spend a lot of time working away so can't guarantee when I'll be around. Katie looks after the place whilst I’m away.

The rooms are furnished and the house has the following:
-Garden
-Washer
-Kitchen/Dining room
-Large Living room - Netflix
-Small balcony
-West facing and gets some“ afternoon sun for BBQs
-Bathroom, sharing with only 1 other person
-Additional toilet downstairs
-Excellent housemates :)

The rooms are 680 for the smaller and 795 for the larger, including all bills.
