I'm a 27 year young professional working in the city and am looking for another young professional to move in with me. I work a lot and travel but I do enjoy being at home and I'd love to live with someone who would treat this flat as their own. I fell in love with this flat and I'm sure you will too!

I'm from Quebec (which means I'm easy going) but very clean and tidy and I expect the same from my flatmate.

This is a brand new two bedroom flat with brand new furniture and we will be the very first tenants. The room is a bright large double room with a very large window. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, dishwasher and all other necessary utilities.

The area is absolutely amazing: safe, fresh food market, Maltby street market and great bars and restaurants close by.

Rent is 1000£ a month and about 145 for bills (heating, gas, council tax and internet).

Ideal for someone who works in the London Bridge, Tower Bridge or City area and wants to walk to work (that's what I do!).
