SHORT LET - 1 month, Bermondsey, 3 bed houseshare

One large double room available for 1 month from Sat 29th July to end of August (29th preferred but negotiable) in a lovely 3 bed house with garden in Bermondsey SE1.

I'm going out of the country for a while and the room I'm leaving behind will be furnished but have none of my possessions in it, so you'll have a fresh place to stay in. It's a safe, warm room in a quiet, tidy house.

The other two girls are lovely, one Italian and one from Norway, working in travel and communications. They're friendly housemates, who run busy lives, but happy to have a chat.

There's a small deposit of £200 and the rent includes all bills, including broadband and TV, communal cleaner, etc. The deposit will be returned at the end.
