About the Flat and Surrounding Area:

The flat is a three bedroom flat in a quiet new development next to Shad Thames / Tower Bridge / and the river. It is a really fantastic area with lots going on. Shad Thames boasts a strip of Conran Restaurants along the river with regular events taking place on More London Estate. Bermondsey station is a 4-minute walk making it very quick and easy to get to Canary Wharf. You can also walk along the river and be at Moorgate or Liverpool Street in just 20 - 30 minutes. Tescos is just four minutes from the flat with lots of tourist attractions on your doorstep.

For people new to London there are lots of tourist attractions right on your doorstep from Tower Bridge, Tower of London, One Tower Bridge, Maltby Market, Shard, Borough Market, Bermondsey Street. The flat is moments from the river but there are no river views from the flat.

The Flat:

The flat is very big with a large open plan kitchen dinner with Juliet balcony. Would suit young professional and is great for anyone working in the city as it is just a 20-minute walk down the river and over London or Tower Bridge.

The bedroom itself has new laminate flooring, large wardrobe and storage under the double bed. There is a large kitchen and living room with guest bathroom. It is a three bedroom flat (two bathrooms) with two other flatmates who are quiet, considerate professionals. They are hard-working and like to enjoy a quiet relaxing evenings/weekends.

Public transport:

Bermondsey Station is just 4 minutes walk from the flat.

The flat has great links to buses and tubes with easy access to the City, West End and Canary Wharf.

The flat is a 4 minute walk to Bermondsey station, taking just 10 minutes to get Canary Wharf door to door.

You can walk to London Bridge or Rotherhithe station in just 10 minutes.

Walking:

You can walk to Bank along the river within about 20 minutes, Liverpool Street in 30 minutes (or catch the bus from Tower Bridge).

Near By:

Tescos and Coop is just a few minutes from the flat. There is also Canada Water Shopping Centre which you can walk to, get the bus or one stop on the tube.

At the weekends you have Borough Market and can walk down the river to the South Bank Centre.

There is so much to do right on your doorstep.
