I hope you will find this place to be your new home with this gorgeous double room. It is full of light, featuring a double door Juliet balcony, brand new modern bed and mattress in a gorgeous three bedroom brand-new flat. The flat is situated just a stones throw from the river, Tower Bridge and Shad Thames in SE1.

The room shares a bathroom with one person, it has modern décor throughout including
a brand new washing machine, electric hob, sofa, bed and mattress. The living room and kitchen is huge and perfect for anyone loving to cook.

The room has a triple wardrobe and desk. I always get told the room and the flat is much bigger and better in real life so I highly recommend a viewing.

The flat is a three-bedroom flat in a quiet new development next to Shad Thames / Tower Bridge / and the river. It is a really fantastic area with lots going on. Shad Thames boasts a strip of Conran Restaurants along the river with regular events taking place on More London Estate. Bermondsey station is a 4-minute walk making it very quick and easy to get to Canary Wharf. You can also walk along the river and be at Moorgate or Liverpool Street in just 20 - 30 minutes.

The flat is very big with a large open plan kitchen dinner with Juliet balcony. You will be sharing a large bathroom with one other. Would suit young professional and is great for anyone working in the city as it is just a 20-minute walk down the river and over London or Tower Bridge.

Prices are as follows:

Large Double Room with Juliette Balcony
The rent is £300 a week without bills, £335 with bills.
This is up to the cost of £75 allowance of electricity a month. Should it come to more than this the excess is divided between the lodgers.

This will include a cleaner fortnightly cleaner.

Short lets considered, anything less than 4 months is charged at a higher rent of £475 a week inclusive of bills.
