About the Flat
This is a very large, brand-new three-bedroom flat with an impressive open-plan kitchen and living room. You’ll be sharing with just one other person. We’re often told the flat looks even better in person than in the photos, so a viewing is highly recommended. The flat has recently been upgraded with a new washing machine, electric hob, and sofa.

Your room includes a triple wardrobe, laminate flooring, and a desk. You’ll share a large modern bathroom with one other person.

Location
Situated just a stone’s throw from the river, Tower Bridge, and Shad Thames (SE1), the area is full of riverside restaurants, cafés, and bars. It’s a lovely, relaxing neighbourhood—perfect after a long day.

• Walk along the river to London Bridge or over Tower Bridge towards Liverpool Street.
• Canary Wharf is just 12 minutes door-to-door.
• Bermondsey station is a 4-minute walk.
• You can also walk to Moorgate or Liverpool Street in 20–30 minutes.
Shad Thames boasts a vibrant restaurant scene, including several Conran restaurants, and there are regular events on the More London Estate.

• £365 per week with bills (includes up to £75/month electricity allowance — any excess is split between lodgers)

Short lets under 4 months: £475 per week including bills

Ensuite Room (Available from 20th December if this would be preferred)
• £425 per week with bills
• £525 per week with bills for short stays

• Currently two professional young men live in the flat; they both work long hours (around 12 hours a day) and are rarely home
