I hope you will find this place to be your new home with this gorgeous double room. It is one of my favourite rooms in the flat, full of light, featuring a Juliet balcony. Newley redecorated with a brand new modern bed and mattress.

This is a very large three bedroom brand-new flat with fantastic large kitchen and living room. This is shared with just one other person, with a live in landlady using the third room from time to time (early 40s and lovely! ;-) . We often get told it's much better in person than in photos and highly recommend a viewing.

The flat itself is situated just a stones throw from the river, Tower Bridge and Shad Thames in SE1. Full of restaurants and bars along the river front. It is really lovely and very relaxing after a hard days work. You can walk along the river to London Bridge or across Tower Bridge towards Liverpool Street. Conveniently situated for Canary Wharf just 12 minutes door to door.

The room shares a large bathroom with one other person, with modern décor throughout. The flat has recently had a brand new washing machine, electric hob and sofa.

The room has a triple wardrobe, laminate flooring and desk. I always get told the room and the flat is much bigger and better in real life so I highly recommend a viewing.

This is not available to couples unfortunately.

The room would suit a young professional sharing with two other like minded professionals.

The flat is a three-bedroom flat in a quiet new development next to Shad Thames / Tower Bridge / and the river. It is a really fantastic area with lots going on. Shad Thames boasts a strip of Conran Restaurants along the river with regular events taking place on More London Estate. Bermondsey station is a 4-minute walk making it very quick and easy to get to Canary Wharf. You can also walk along the river and be at Moorgate or Liverpool Street in just 20 - 30 minutes.

Prices are as follows:

Large Double Room with Juliette Balcony
The rent is £325 (for someone moving immediately) a week without bills, £375 with bills. This is up to the cost of £75 allowance of electricity a month. Should it come to more than this the excess is divided between the lodgers.

This will include a cleaner fortnightly cleaner.

Short lets considered, anything less than 4 months is charged at a higher rent of £475 a week inclusive of bills.

We also have the ensuite available from Dec 20th £375 a week with bills £425 a week.
