The flat is conveniently located just 10 minutes from London Bridge, Tower Bridge, and Bermondsey High Street.

It is a split-level flat with a separate kitchen and is fully furnished. Additionally, there is a parking space available, but you will need to apply to the council for a permit.

I am looking for a professional tenant with references preferred.

The double room is available for £900 per calendar month, with all bills included. Plus fast internet!
