Double Room in Bethnal Green

My boyfriend and I have found our own place and are looking for somebody (or a couple) to take over the contract for our cosy room a 2 min walking distance from Bethnal Green tube station (Central Line). The contract runs until early March (if you are looking for a short let), otherwise any longer length is also possible. There is also some flexibility regarding the move in date.

The flat is conveniently located in Bethnal Green, with the Central Line taking you to Liverpool St in a single tube stop. There are many restaurants and pubs in close proximity, as is the vibrant area of Shoreditch which is just a 5min bike ride or 10min walk away.

In the flat, there is one other couple and another guy, all young professionals in their mid to end 20s. Our room is a double bedroom, with plenty of storage space so that a couple can easily fit it (in fact, before us another couple also lived here together).

All bills (including fast broadband) are included in the rent, as is a cleaner who comes every 10 days.

Ben is very flexible this week & can also do during the day. If you are from overseas, Whatscapp or Skype video call is also an option. Room would also be available earlier (from 18th of December).
