Two Bright Double rooms in Bethnal Green Flat

Both my flatmates are moving out at the end of October so I am looking for two new flatmates to join me in my lovely home :)



The flat is really well located - a five minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station but tucked away from the main road with a pretty shared courtyard. Nearby is Victoria Park, Regents Canal, Brick Lane, Columbia Road flower market and Broadway market. There are plenty of bars, pubs and coffee shops in walking distance.



The flat itself is cosy and clean, it has a shared lounge and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower. All bedrooms are furnished. There isn’t much room for a desk to work from home and there isn’t too much storage space so this is something to bear in mind.

There are two bright double rooms available, one bigger than the other at £550 and £535 per month without bills which come to around £150 per month per person. The contract is for a year with a 6 month break clause. You will be required to go through referencing via an employer so I’m only considering professionals.


A bit about me - I’m an artist from the West Midlands, I work in a studio Mon-Thurs. I’m super into holistic health, biohacking and all things crafty. I love coffee, brunch, pilates, markets, knitting, getting out in nature and a healthy dose of trash TV. Not a big drinker but still down for a pub trip. I’ve lived here for a few years so this flat is home to me! I’m a cancer if that means anything to you haha

In the flat I like doing my own thing a lot, I often paint in my room and spend weeknights cooking (I do cook meat if that’s important info) and winding down in my room after a long day. But I also like being friends with my flatmates, having a good natter over a cuppa, sticking on a silly film or going for the occasional hot girl walk !

I’m looking for flatmates of a similar age who are friendly, clean, respectful and also looking for a peaceful environment rather than a party house. It would be great to share the space with people who are also holistically minded and health conscious and won’t mind me turning the WiFi off at night etc :’) no smokers or vapers please
