Spacious Double In Bethnal Green For Amazing Price

I’m leaving my amazing double room with my lovely flat mates in the new year, so looking for someone easy going, clean and social to fill my spot.

The room is a generous double in a three bed flat, (this used to be the living room) with recently updated kitchen and bathroom. Keeps the heat in well over the winter and nice morning sun in the summer. It’s £600 PCM (incl all bills) which is a steal for this size room in this area. It’s located 5 mins from both Bethnal Green tube station (central line) and beautiful Victoria Park.

The two flat mates are Sian, a speech therapist and Bertie, who’s studying and working in law. Both are super friendly and late twenties. We all have our separate lives but like to catch up and have a beer occasionally. We’d be looking for someone a similar age range up to early 30s to fit in.
