A super lovely double and bright room is available in a 3-bed flat near Broadway Market. The flat is on the third floor of a quiet block with a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and wc.

All rooms get plenty of light and the interior is well furnished with wooden floors and recently repainted front room. The double room up for rent is a generous size and plenty of space to make it your own.

We are a designer (male 34) and producer (26) who are very respectful of other people’s space but enjoy socialising and sometimes having a drink together. Looking for someone who is easy going and sociable yet independent - the usual. I have lived together with friends for 3 years and personally been in the flat almost 10 years, which shows how much we enjoy it here. We are busy and active most of the week but enjoy catching up on an evening and on weekends. Likely to be talking all things cultural, art, architecture, music, films, food(!).

The room is suited to someone looking to make a comfortable and relaxed home in a perfectly located flat - a stones throw from Broadway Market but still far enough to be incredibly peaceful. It’s very much not a party flat but we do enjoy the odd dinner with friends.

Move in date would be end of August or potentially mid August if needed depending on the management agency checks etc.

- Bills £100ish (includes Water, Gas, Electricity, Council tax and good broadband) and Cleaner

- The property is managed by agents who have been very flexible in the past. The agents would need to run a standard reference check.
