You’ll be sharing with three other friendly and easy going girls. We’re professionals, usually pretty independent and busy during the week but currently working from home during these strange times (1 of us works in finance and 1 in Business Consulting). All enjoy having the odd meal and glass of wine together but are mostly happy doing our own thing!
Our flat is a lovely open space, plenty of room for working from home, having friends over or just relaxing. We also have a courtyard which is an added bonus if you want to sit in the sunshine. The building is converted from an old soap factory warehouse, so the flat is super spacious and bright with high ceilings. We also had a brand new bathroom with underfloor heating installed in December 2020.
The rent is £744.88 month excluding bills (normally about £800/month total). Deposit is £1000. We will sign a new tenancy agreement on the 31st August so will need you to take over the tenancy from then.
