There is a spacious galley kitchen with breakfast bar and adjoining dining room/lounge. You will have a private freestanding fridge-freezer and shared cupboards and cooker.

There is another loo and a bathroom with a tub shower.

The floor is currently not shared, a Monday to Friday lodger may come for shorter stays.

The floor is vacant before extensive building works, hence only time limited licenses of max. 3 months.
