It would be from the end of August / start of September and the lead would renew with the landlords in October. It would suit 2 people looking to rent together. The flat is close to everything that is great about the area, flower market, parks, pubs and restaurants are all very close.
The apartment is nice, bright and quiet in a great block with a strong community. The flat can be furnished or unfurnished or somewhere in between depending on your needs.
