Room in a shared flat in Cambridge Heath

This is a nice room in a very pleasant flat. There is no shared living room, but there is a big kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. Everybody is really considerate of others and there is everything one needs. It's a very pleasant neighbourhood and I have been friends with the flatmates, helping each other out with various things. A Brit, two very pleasant and tidy Turkish flatmates and an African lady plus me, but I am leaving London going back to Germany.
The flat is truly very liveable and the landlord comes immediately if there are any issues.
