Description
We're looking for a friendly housemate who wants to enjoy living on Columbia Road Flower Market in the heart of Hoxton/Shoreditch.
The location is fantastic. Every Sunday we have the famous Columbia Road Flower Market, and other great locations such as Brick Lane Market and Broadway Market are only 10 mins walk away. There's also easy access to bus and cycle routes, and Bethnal Green and Old Street tube stations are only 15 mins walk away.
The house features a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a utility area. A fortnightly cleaner cleans all the shared spaces.
The available room is downstairs. It's spacious and furnished with a double bed, plus plenty of storage.
Bills are around £150 including the cleaner. We have a private landlord who is genuinely fantastic.

Dan (35) - a secondary school teacher who has been here for the last 10 years or so. Easy-going, enjoys reading, music and cooking.
Emily (31) - currently working at a charity in the criminal justice sector. Enjoys gigs, cooking and going to the pub.
Lindsay (33) - works in medical communications. Enjoys running, travelling, live music, and napping.
