Bright double room to rent in Shoreditch/Bethnal Green Area. **5 minutes from Brick Lane**

We are 1 male & 1 female looking for someone to move in with us as soon as possible from end of February or beginning of March the latest.

Location and Transport:
The apartment is located in Bethnal Green, about 10 minutes walk to Bethnal Green Tube Station and 7-9 minutes from Shoreditch High Street Overground.

Buses 8 and 388 (incl night bus) are running right outside the house connecting you easily to central London.

About us:
Amedeo & Elena are all working professionals, easy going and social.
Coming from Greece & Italy we tend to spend our evenings chatting and having a few drinks in our kitchen.
We are looking for someone like minded - a friendly and social person who respects and takes care of our communal space, as well as we do. We do run a weekly rota to look after the common areas.

Bills:
Roughly £130 per month and cover Internet 1GBPs Water, Electricity + Gas and Council Tax.

We are currently looking for a 3rd flatmate to live in our cosy flat in Bethnal Green. Our friends got a new place and we are looking for a good fit for us. We are looking for a sociable person who doesn't mind having a drink or share a meal together after a stressful day, but we respect also each other's spaces. I do work nights so this is definitely not a party house.
We have a small living room that we decided to not let to have more space for ourselves if someone has some friends over visiting from abroad etc. We spend most of the time in the kitchen when we are free or in the local pubs (Bethnal green is underrated!)
The flat has a Bathtub/shower and a separate toilet.
We do have 2 small fridges, one freezer and of course a new washing machine.
After the new tenant has been chosen, a new tenancy will be joined starting a new contract. This is the landlord's preference considering the new implementation adopted by the government and also for the new tenant to have more rights.
We don't have a gender preference and we're supporters of the LGBTQ+ Community.
