Double Room in Friendly Houseshare

Our old housemate has just moved in with his girlfriend so we are looking for someone new to join us :)

The House
We are friends living in a converted warehouse in a square off the main road 2 mins from Bethnal Green station. Its very calm and quiet - we have no neighbours. There's big windows with lots of light coming in each day, 2 toilets and kitchen etc.

The main living space is open plan with a big sofa area and a separate dining area.

The room:
The room is a great sized double and comes furnished as in the photos. It has lovely antique windows, gorgeous sunlight in the day and tons of storage. There's also space for underbed storage if you're into that.

The room is available from between 6th July but move in can be up to 15th is possible.

About us:
We are friends and both work in the music industry (producer, mixer/mastering)

We’re chill, sociable and up for drinks/house meals every now and then. We also chill out in our own time too and respect everyones space/tidy/quiet.

Rent includes bills. One month deposit also required for the room. No agency fees.
