Double room in modern flat with roof terrance

Hi,

I have a beautiful, spacious and a very bright double room to rent

The flat is on the 2nd floor (with a lift) in the modern flat in Cambridge Heath. It is within walking distance from Bethnal Green station (central line), super hip and cool Broadway Market, and Vicky Park, which is amazing for a picnic. The flat has a very nice roof terrace with benches and plants, perfect for morning coffee.

The room is carpeted and comes with a big comfy double bed and a giant built-in wardrobe. Windows are tipple glazed, so flat is nice and quiet.

The flat is fully furnished, but if necessary we can make adjustments. There's a comfortable and fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, and washing machine in perfect condition), dining table and huge corner sofa to chill and watch TV.

There is a Coop and Tesco Express 5 min away, as well as local gym Fitness For Less. There are many pubs and bars and restaurants around. Also, a farmers market on the weekend!

I am a friendly and easy-going 37 years professional working in Finance. In the evening I like to chill with a glass of wine and a good movie (or utter C class crap movie will do as well). In my free time I (used to...) go to see plenty of live music. Do plenty photography and microscopy so you will see me editing pics a lot as well.

I like to have friends over for a dinner every now and then (I make my own pasta and you are invited!). But this is not party flat.

No couples, no smoking, and no pets.
