Single lodger wanted for double room Bethnal Green

I'm looking for a single person for a double room, sharing my Bethnal Green E2 1960's ex-local authority maisonette with me. Good transport links and close to amenities. A clean, quiet, sunny room in an up-and-coming green, leafy area.

- Walking distance to Bethnal Green tube, Hoxton Overground and Cambridge Heath rail
- On main bus routes
- On a quiet cul-de-sac near parks
- Balcony
- Sunny, with views of trees and listed heritage buildings
- Close to shops, bars and restaurants in Hackney Road, Columbia Road and Broadway Market

I'm afraid that I can't accommodate anyone wanting to run a business from the property..

Being retired, I'm around most of the time, so I'd prefer somebody who's generally out at work weekdays..

A short let, as I'm thinking of selling in the Spring. I'm likely to be getting somebody else in, to a room I'll be advertising separately, so there'll probably end up being three of us.
