Double Room in Bethnal Green

Hello, I'm Emma I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in my beautiful two bed flat in Bethnal Green in August or September.
I'm looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and friendly. I don't mind if you smoke but there is no smoking in the flat. I'm definitely looking for someone I get along with rather than just someone to fill the room.

The room is a sunny double that comes furnished. I have recently put a new kitchen in which is glorious. There is a small balcony off the living room, I store my bike on it and there is space for a second if you cycle. The balcony isn't huge but there are lots of beautiful green spaces nearby. The sofa in the living room has a pull out bed so you can have people to stay if you have family or friends visiting. The building has a lift which is handy.
All bills are included and I have a cleaner who comes every two weeks to keep the flat lovely and clean.

A little about me, I'm Emma a 39 year old professional. I am pretty social so would be up for watching movies and having drinks together. Its definitely not a party flat but the dining table has plenty of space to have friends round for dinner.
