Single bedroom good location

Hi there currently looking for a tenant to occupy the single bedroom as it is free would like it too be a female because im 24 male looking for work and studying and have little sister who is 20 and goes to uni, so we need some help but the place is nice so try also have another bedroom which is double but thats dads and he has gone back home so im the man now training to get into the security authority industry (s. i. a)
