Spare room in family home

I am a mum with 2 boys aged 7 and 10. The spare room is carpeted and has a single bed, wardrobe and desk. I'm looking for a short term let with it rolling on should we all get on! The children are only here 4 days a week and I'm at work too so it's fairly quiet. The ideal tenant would be looking for a short term stay anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. The flat has a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen and lounge are used by the us a lot but we'd have no objection to the tenant popping in too!
