A large 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom shoes off flat which occupies the ground floor of the building. There is a large bright open plan living room and kitchen which opens into a large private garden. There is also secure off street parking.

ROOM
The room is newly painted (Feb 2025) and unfurnished with double doors which open to a large outdoor space. The rest of the flat is furnished

FLATMATE
You will be sharing with Tommy- a gay professional who likes to keep a tidy space, enjoys cooking, relaxing with tele and trying to be a better plant dad. I work 3 days in the office and 2 wfh

LOOKING FOR
I am looking for someone easy going, respectful, tidy and sociable. Someone interested in making the flat a home.

RENT/BILLS
Rent is £1,250/month which includes bills (Electricity, Gas, Water, fibre internet)

Pretty flexible from March onwards
