Furnished double room / king size bed. Modern

Hi there,

I’m renting my 2nd bedroom out in my 3 years old 3 bed apartment. 3rd bedroom is occupied by JJ who I’ve known for a long time (he’s 30). We are super chilled, who likes a good chit-chat, house-proud guys that keep the place very clean and tidy and looking for like-minded people.

Furnished through out to a high standard.

Just by the canal and 10mins walk from Bethnal Green station (Zone 2 / central line). 10-12 mins by tube into Central (Tottenham court rd). Cambridge heath overground 2min walk from flat.

Near London fields, Victoria park and tons of bars, restaurants, cafes etc. Sainsbury’s local/Tesco express 2mins away and Lidl 10min walk or couple mins on bus. Cool area to be around. Shoreditch not far.

I have a 13.5 years old husky dog who is beautiful. So you must be dog friendly and love being around dogs. She’s super quiet and well behaved, however she is very old now, bit slower and incontinent (wears a nappy overnight - bless her!). So need someone who is ok with this (don’t worry flat is still lovely and clean and smells nice!). Also would appreciate any help with her when I’m away/holiday.

You’ll have access to on-site gym and a communal roof terrace. I have a large balcony too.

Looking for a chilled out very clean and tidy person. Not one who brings parties back. We do like a drink and go out now and again but like the peace and quiet when we come home.

I work mins from the flat so usually around. Ideally looking for someone who is NOT working from home all the time.

We love chatting and spend time outside the flat, but equally like our downtime like most people. I love the gym (JJ is getting there! Ha) and keeping fit and healthy. I’d say we have a growth mindset attitude. If there are any issues we chat it out without defence or hostility. Toxic, angry, defensive people please don’t apply!

There is bouldering 2mins from flat - Ive tried and loved it so have checked out others nearby.

Be cool if we share any mutual interest as I guess we’d get along better but I’m very open minded and down to earth kinda guy :) (despite demanding a tidy and clean flat haha).
