Big double bed in huge flat - perfect location!

Hi new flatmate!

We are looking for a new person to join our amazing flat in a prime location, Bethnal Green.

The flat is of new standard with modern kitchen and bathrooms. A perfect balcony for sunny morning coffees or warm summer evenings. You will only be sharing a bathroom with 1 person. There is also a biweekly cleaner which ensures the flat is always nice and clean.

We all get on very well in the flat, we're responsible with bills, we're tidy etc... but we all have our own busy lives (as do most of us in London) and we're not necessarily looking for a new social circle. We chat and catch up in the kitchen, but don't generally arrange nights out/in together or that sort of thing.

We're looking for amicable people who also want a nice no-fuss apartment to live in and a chilled place to unwind after work.

Our current flatmate, Roland, is moving out to go travelling for a while. His comments "I have loved living here. This flat is a diamond in east London. Perfect location for transport links, there are amazing bars and restaurants at your doorstep, and although it's prime location it is as quiet as it gets given it is facing away from the street."
