Hi!! My name is Erik. I’m from the Basque Country (north of Spain) and I work as an Osteopath.

I am clean and tidy, like to have chill nights in watching TV, having some dinner, wine; but also going out partying every now and then.

I would like to find someone with similar interests, who likes to keep the place tidy and clean and is respectful. No couples sorry. LGBTQ friendly. You’d only be sharing the flat with me.

I would like to find someone that doesn’t work from home all the time. But it’s ok if it’s one or two days a week. The room doesn’t have a desk but there’s space for one. It has a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. The bed is an ottoman bed so you can fit lots of stuff inside.

I have two beautiful friendly cats called Montxo and Wilson that live with me 2 weeks per month.

The flat is located 5 mins walk from Victoria Park, 1 min to regents canal, 8 mins walk to Bethnal Green Tube station.

There is a nice organic shop just outside the flat.

The rent is £1000 plus £250 bills which include a cleaner every 2 weeks, virgin media broadband and an amazon firestick.
