Bright and Sunny East London Apartment

The property is a two bedroom flat in East London. Lots of light in all rooms and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has a dishwasher. I have an ensuite in my room and so the second bathroom is primarily yours to use.

The available room has a double bed, desk, chair and monitor (if you need to work from home), wardrobe and chest of drawers.

I like to keep the flat tidy and clean and am looking for someone who will do the same.

The flat is close to both Mile end and Bethnal Green tube stations (less than 15 min walk) as well as the Bethnal Green Overground, numerous buses and Shoreditch can be accessed on foot in about 30 minutes.

The flat is close to the many bars and restaurants of Bethnal Green, Victoria Park is less than a 10 minute walk and you can access the canal right out the back of the apartment complex.

I work remotely - so am home a lot of the time - although I also like to travel as much as I can! I have my own routine but am looking for someone who likes to share a glass of wine or dinner sometimes.

Ideally I am looking to let to short term tenants - up to 6 months. The cost of the room includes bills (internet, electricity, council tax, etc) and also includes a fortnightly cleaner.
