Double Room with Private Garden

Hi all,

The room is fully furnished with 3 wardrobes, a drawer, a table, and chairs.

The room has private garden/backyard access.
Shared bathroom and separate toilet just use tenant staying in the room. It is suitable for couples.

All bills included.

The house is managed by an agency.
We will replace our contract, we have to move for my work.
The current contract is valid until 6th Jan 2023, it is possible to extend.

The room will be available after 4th July.
