Double Bed Bethnal Green *Available 10Th Aug*

Sadly, I am moving out of this gorgeous flat as I am going travelling with my friend for 4/5 months then staying on for 1 year ++++ (no end date) so this is for a long term let.

The flat is a little hidden gem, around 5 minutes walk from Bethnal Green underground station and 3 minute walk from Cambridge Heath overground station, also in close walking distance to Victoria Park, Broadway Market, Shoreditch, etc.

It’s a 3 bedroom, split level flat with separate w/c and bathroom, kitchen/breakfast room and lounge/ dining room with a south facing balcony which catches the sun all day.
My room is on the smaller side but it’s genuinely been one of my favourite rooms in London. It has plenty of storage, it’s south facing/the lightest room in the whole flat, it’s cosy and minimal and does the trick. I have been in this room for 3 years and had no issues😇 the rest of the flat and the area really does make up for the lack of size. (I say it’s small but it’s a spacious small if that makes sense🤣)

The rent is £755. This price also includes council tax, hot water and heating. We then add around £80-£90 a month to a shared bank account for water, electricity, gas, internet, tv licence and shared household things. This includes stuff like toilet roll, cleaning products, spices, oil, condiments, etc. We’re very much a “sharing is caring” & “mi casa es tu casa” household and would really like to keep it that way so please keep in mind if you’re interested!

You’ll be sharing with 2 girls, one is yet to be found for a temporary sublet of 8 months but then (Isla - 26) will return back from travelling next April but the other (Lucy - 26) is a lovely creative gal working in Sports PR who is super into fitness, fashion and healthy living but also loves the occasional night out, boogie and flat dinner 👯‍♀️

Keeping the flat a homely social vibe is what we really want and would love someone who fits into that! (We also love a reality TV night in this flat so if you love a cuppa (or a glass of wine) whilst watching the latest episodes of love is blind or I kissed a girl then the vibe will be perfect for you!)
