The Room: Biggest room I’ve seen in London, overlooking museum gardens with lots of natural light and beautiful roses. The lease is technically unfurnished but there is some furniture available in the house and bedroom already, i. e bed frame, mattress, wardrobe. This can be included at no extra cost.
Location: In the heart of Bethnal Green, 1 min walk to Bethnal Green Tube, 10 min walk to Cambridge Heath Overground, 15 min walk to Whitechapel Tube. Quiet street close to parks (Museum Gardens opposite and Victoria Park 10 mins walk), local and big supermarkets and shops, and easy access to Shoreditch, Spitalfields, Brick Lane and all of East London’s amazing pubs and restaurants!
The housemates: You’ll be takingnover my room and sharing the house with Patrick, Amy and Drew. A group of young professionals in their mid 20’s. We’re respectful of one another’s space but equally enjoy having a drink or a meal. Amy and Patrick are both new to London and happy to explore and enjoy trips to the pubs and markets.
About you: We’re looking for young professional(s) to take over my room. Ideally, fun and welcoming but also enjoy your own space.
Details: You would be taking my place in the current contract which currently ends March 7th, 2023. One month’s deposit required. Rent is £1157.50 per room excluding bills (roughly £120pm per person). Previous landlord and employment references required. Responsive and friendly landlord.
