🏡 3 bed flat in the Shoreditch/Bethnal Green area.
📍Less than 5 min walk to Shoreditch High Street overground station
12 min walk to Bethnal Green tube station
10 min walk to Bethnal Green overground
15 min walk to Liverpool Street station
15-20 min walk to Old Street station

Rent = £900+ bills (gas is included in rent, all other bills are additional and currently around £125 each.

About us: We are professionals working full time, my flat mate working in charity and myself in banking. We both work a couple of days in the office and a few from home. We love to eat good food and have nights in watching trashy TV, as well as go out for food/drinks and explore London🥰

We are looking for someone with similar interests, who is independent but would also like to spend time together sometimes! We are a calm, chilled household and we also all look after the flat and do our bit with the cleaning etc.

Preferably aged 27-35, in full time employment and able to provide a landlord reference!
