There is an open plan living room and kitchen with a dining table included. Kitchen has plenty of utensils which can be shared. Plenty of local amenities available nearby, such as supermarkets, cafes and pubs. Only a 5 minute walk from Victoria Park.

The room is quite large, currently there is a double bed, side table, 2 chest of drawers, 1 cupboard and 1 keyboard laid out with lots more space. Sorry, I haven't got a picture while I'm writing this ad, but will get some up soon.

The current flatmates who you would be living with are both professionals and in their thirties. It is a considerate and peaceful flat, so you won't be disturbed, but also a friendly flat where you can have movie nights in the living room.

The bills are currently £85, on top of the rent. This room is incredibly good value for money due to the flat size and location (zone 2).
