Shared use of kitchen which is designed to be a pleasant place to hang out. It can be used for entertaining. Bathroom is shared.
The flate has not been modernised much but all essential items are in working order. Overall impression probably a bit shabby in parts but clean. Tenants are asked to share cleaning of public areas.
