The monthly rent is £765, and the Deposit is £880
or the deposit could be lowered to £400 if rent is increased by 45pm. (explained next)

NOTE: Reducing your deposit amount is meant to be temporary while allowing you to save up on your deposit. The idea is to allow you to move into the room without needing the whole deposit. In essence for each £100 reduction in deposit, it is a £10 increase in rent.

The Council Tax band is C and the cost is included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not included and have been approximately £40 per month.
