Hey!

I'm looking to sublet my double room for £950 from the 1st of October until the end of March while I am abroad.

- Furnished (desk, bed, monitor, drawers, closet)
- No deposit
- Bills of ~£150 p/m

You'll be living with Gregg (32, mechanical engineer, Scottish) and Tyler (34, neuroscientist, American).

The flat is 2-storeys and pretty spacious, and well located in Bethnal Green. Nestled right between Victoria and Mile End parks on Roman Road right along the canal in a super green area. The flat is also an equidistant ~10 minute walk from both Bethnal Green (Central Line) and Mile End (Central, District and Hammersmith & City ). Tons of fun stuff nearby. Pure Gym Bow 5 minutes walking distance. Boris and lime bikes right outside.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite in Tyler's room) and the other shared with Gregg, as well as a guest toilet downstairs.

NOTE: These pictures are ~18 months old. The flat is not materially different, however the lounge pictures feature furniture / wall art / plants owned by older flat mates who are no longer around.
