1 bedroom available in a 4 bed split-level flat in Bethnal Green. Rent is £705p/m excluding bills, available from September 1st with a deposit of 5 weeks rent.

Included in the bedroom: King bed + mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small wooden bedside table.

Rest of the house:
Living room has a big smart TV, Netflix etc all available on there. There is also a little balcony.

There is a good amount of storage space in the kitchen, shared fridge/freezer, gas hob, washing machine and new oven. No dishwasher or tumble dryer.

Separate toilet & bathroom - handy for 4 people. Shower is decent and we also have a bath.

The area:
We are a 7 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube station and a 10 min walk from Stepney Green tube station. Victoria park is a 10 min walk away. Lots of small shops within 10 mins walking distance, couple of massive supermarkets within 20 mins.

What we're looking for:
We are LGBTQ+ friendly and are open to all genders, ideally aged between 27 - 32. We are all young professionals with a mix of working from home and office based during the week, so someone on a similar schedule would be preferred. Someone who is generally tidy and clean.

We're all sociable, enjoy spending chill evenings in the living room together and like going out on the weekend to gigs, pubs/bars, cinema etc. However as our living room is small we don't like to have big groups of people over regularly. No couples - the shared space just isn't big enough.
