Amazing Double room in Bethnal Green available

Hi

We have a very spacious sunny double room in a Victorian building for rent from the 1st of June. The flat is located in Bethnal Green only 3 minutes walk from Victoria Park. The Bethnal Green Station and Cambridge Heath Overground station are both within 8 minutes walking distance. Our location is amazing! We are a few minutes away from two gyms (one with a swimming pool and Spa), cute coffee shops, tennis courts and of course lovely Sunday Market in Victoria Park! Shoreditch is also only 30 minutes by walk or 10-15 minutes by tube.

About the house: We have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There are two bedrooms in the house (one of which is yours). The room is bright and airy and super spacious (lots of storage including under the bed). We deep clean the kitchen and the bathroom every week so this is something you would need to contribute to every two weeks.

About us: You will be living with Jason (30) and Vierka (29). We are a couple. Jason works in IT and Vierka has just finished her degree in Psychology and is looking for work. Jason works 3-4 days a week from home. We are very chilled and curious people so during the work week we chill at home have dinner and watch something as well as go for runs or to the gym. During the weekend we explore London, try new things and see our friends. We are very respectful of anyone living with us which means we are not loud, messy or ignorant. We want you to feel safe and at home here.

We are looking for someone kind and fun and VERY clean. Once a month we also buy cleaning products including toilet rolls and kitchen towels so you would contribute around £10 per month for all of this. We can discuss this if you have any questions of course.
