Hi I have 2 bedrooms flat and I’m letting my spare room for rent . I’m 30 year old . I have 6 months old baby. I’m on maternity break .currently living at my family house .not living at the property . But whenever I do visit my room n house on and off. One girl is already living in her room . She works 9 to 5 full time . I want to share with females only . All national are welcome. No house parties and smoking allowed . No house contract as renting for 3 or 6 months that why rent is also slightly negotiable .
