Double Room in a 2 bedroom flat in Bethnal Green

Hi I'm Clara. I am looking for a new flatmate from December 1st.

I'm a Project Manager working hybrid in Marketing, who enjoys a mix of staying in and going out. I like movies/series, boardgames and going out for food or theatre / concerts.

Flat has a lot of natural light during the day and is located 5 min from Bethnal Green tube station and 5 min to Victoria Park. 🌳

Looking to share with a professional who:
- Likes to keep the flat clean and tidy, and collaborates with cleaning chores.
- Somebody who is respectful in every sense, including being mindful of noise / loud music / strong smells.
- Who is considerate and can communicate openly.
- Friendly that wants to share time/interests from time to time but can also respect privacy.
- That understands that this is not an every weekend party flat, and respects it as a restful place too.

As you see in the photos, if you WFH, you will have a dedicated space for you to do so.

Bills are not included.

Contract needs to be done with the agency from Dec 1st.
