Double Room in Bethnal Green

Hi! We have a double bedroom available in our flat in Bethnal Green for a short-term let. We are three housemates who initially met through Spareroom (aged 27-30). In our time living together, we've become close friends - we enjoy watching tv/movies, hosting themed dinner parties and spending time exploring the area. Our preference is to find someone who would like to join in on the occasional house activity/is comfortable hanging out in shared spaces as opposed to being a stranger - though we are of course respectful of everyone's space and need for alone time! Our preference is for a professional rather than a student, and we also would like someone who is happy to contribute to cleaning and keeping the place a homey and warm environment. About the Place
The place is a three bedroom apartment in Bethnal Green, with an ensuite bathroom in one bedroom, and a shared bathroom for the other bedrooms (you will be sharing this bathroom with one other person). The bedrooms, kitchen and living room are all nice and spacious, while the place is a short walk to Bethnal Green Tube and Overground Stations, and a 10 minute walk to Columbia Rd Flower Market and Broadway Market.

The available room measures 4.29m x 2.53m and is £1150 per month (excl. bills); bills are around £100 a month.

The place has fast fibre-optic internet and plenty of storage space.
