The block that the flat is in is currently undergoing maintenance works to remove cladding and therefore has scaffolding so the room is best for someone who doesn’t regularly work from home.

You will be taking over the remainder of the contract (until September 30th) and there is a month notice period on the flat if all the flatmates decided to leave collectively.
